Read Zechariah 5.1-5. In 5.1-4: The sixth vision: The flying scroll and social justice. The scroll's flight indicates that the power of its message covers the whole land. In verses 3-4; The two crimes mentioned in the scroll's text are theft and deceit in official transactions (swearing falsely), two of the ten commandments (Ex 20.7, 15).
